E-SOND Builds the Learning Experience
E-SOND does not limit learning! It assists the instructor in building a better learning experience using measurable outcomes to provide a foundation for the learner. It provides a standardized learning environment controlled by the teacher, but evaluated by an impartial system of grading and testing. The learner is helped because the level of teaching will be improved. The learner will be able to progress at his or her own pace and the teacher will not be burdened with trying to respond to each student in classes composed of learners with varied learning ability. The standardized tests received from E-SOND via the internet are interactive and vary from student to student. Each learner will receive a test according to his or her ability. This will be recorded as an ability level, so the students may move ahead with the class, yet the ability level will be measured individually, and the results will follow through the complete learning process. This solves many dilemmas produced by the “No Child Left Behind Act.” It provides a superior learning atmosphere and the teachers are no longer burdened with trying to teach the class to the lowest common denominator.
E-SOND Provides Answers
How does one school rank against another? What level of learning rigor is achieved? Is this school as good as another school? How does the instructor rate against other instructors in the same school, in the State, or in the Nation? E-SOND answers these questions and more with a proprietary program accessing a standardized database that measures and evaluates objective data. Like credit scores, each entity, whether a teacher, learner, school, college, university, privately owned company, employee, corporation, or teaching organization, can be measured across the spectrum of their particular curriculum, or expertise. The level of proficiency is ranked against all others and E-SOND uses a standardized application to do so. However, the standardization is flexible enough to allow academic freedom in the classroom. In fact, E-SOND encourages the teacher to challenge each student by producing an interesting, intense, and rigorous learning process.
E-SOND Tracks Achievements
E-SOND is not only for the learner in the classroom but also for the individual who wants to track their life’s achievements as they achieve their goals. E-SOND is an independent source for adults to measure their lifetime achievements. It provides firm data for goal setting and provides benchmarks for attaining those goals.
E-SOND is a resume builder. It can track experience levels such as the hours a pilot has flown, or the miles a truck driver has driven. It can track experience levels and skill levels of machine operators, as well as tracking the person’s years of experience in any field. It can track professional accreditation and achievement levels in any occupation such as law, accounting, fire fighting, or any work anyone does. It can also track achievement levels in personal hobbies. This permits the person to disseminate their resume to interested employers while employers do not have to sift through mountains of resumes to find the right employee. The employer specifies the qualifications and the E-SOND database matches those qualifications to prospective employees. Sometimes the employer is not aware that technical skills in another field might match the specifications they publish. E-SOND provides cross checks of skills for the best match for the job.
E-SOND is the permanent record. However, like a credit report, it is private. Unlike a credit report, the person can add or change certain aspects of the report. For example, a pilot could update his or her logbook through E-SOND or an accountant could update the experience level as required. Companies who have E-SOND accounts can update workers records with such things as certifications, licenses, and training sessions the employee has attended. Companies may also use the standardized teaching and testing materials for their classroom training and evaluation.
